Which Multi-Vitamins Are The Best

You can get multivitamins in pill form all day long. They are all over the place in just about any store you may be shopping in. The only problem is that you really don’t know what you are getting as far as qaulity is concerned. Most pill vitamins don’t even breakdown in your body they just go right through.

A Study was done some time ago and what has found were sewage drains filled with vitamins in pill form. So it was proven that most vitamins in pill form go in one end and go out the other end. Giving you absolutely no health benefits at all.

One way you can tell if the vitamin is going to breakdown put it in a glass of water. If it starts to dissolve in water then it will definitely do so in your stomach. If not you might want to look for one that does start dissolving in water first.

Some pill form vitamins are in gel caps meaning that the nutrients are in liquid form within the gel cap which is still better than powder form pills. Most gel caps start dissolving within seconds. I take a flaxseed oil gel cap and it dissolves as I am drinking water, it’s real quick

Now let’s take a look at vitamins in powder form. Definitely getting on the right track. Powder is somewhat already broken down a little more than a pill and with less filler. Some powder nutrition tastes horrible although some have some kind of fruit or citrus added to it so it tastes better. It also depends on what you mix with it also. There is still more pill form vitamins that powder.

Most of the powder form vitamins are not multi-vitamins but other stand alone vitamins. One that comes to mind is cal/mag supplements. Which I have used and are more effective than pill form cal/mag products. So basically powder nutrients are better than pills. I think that is easy to figure out.

Now we come to liquid nutrition, I think you already know the answer to this one. Obviously liquid nutrients are gong to be better for the simple fact that the nutrients are already broken down and ready for the body to absorb them. They are already in and H2O base and assimilates in the body right away. The health benefits of liquid nutrition is pretty immediate.

Now there are 2 forms of liquid vitamins.

One form is just plain drinkable liquid and the other is a spray liquid you just spray in your mouth. I have tried some liquid multi-vitamins with herbs in it and most of those taste horrible. You can barely choke it down. They are getting better with putting some kind of fruit or citrus taste in it.

Now the spary form is the newest and latest technology in nutrition. It is said that the spray assimiltes in the body the fastest at about 60-90 seconds if not quicker. Even some pharmaceutical companies are now using spray form for their medications. So the delivery of vitamins through a spray form would be the best of all. There are not that many spray nutritionals on the market but I predict that is where the market will be headed in the future.

I use a spray myself and I feel vitamins working within a few minutes, it is pretty quick and fast acting.

The eight Lawsof Health

The Eight Laws of Health.

1. Nutrition.

Is our current food supplying all the nutrients we need? Government reports show that nutrient levels, especially trace minerals, have declined very significantly over the last 80 years. Some nutrients are now at less than 1% of what they used to be.

Some causes of loss are, depleted soils, breeding for increased production, greater levels of CO2 in the air, (yes, studies have shown that higher CO2 decreases nutrient count), length of time from paddock to plate, and on top of that we have the losses in storage and preparation. Did you know freezing decreases some nutrients by more than 30%? No wonder many health commentators now recommend supplementing with good quality, broad spectrum products. The 2009 Comparative Guide to Nutritional Supplements is the most up to date and comprehensive guide available at the moment. Available from Amazon.com.

2. Exercise.

Not only do muscles have to work to maintain their strength, but some, especially the leg muscles, help to pump the blood. Exercise also causes us to breathe deeply, helping to keep the lungs clear. Activity also helps us to have a positive frame of mind, another plus. The minimum recommended seems to be a half hour of moderate exercise, three times per week, but why stop at the minimum.

One health writer said, “Exercise in the open air should be prescribed as a life-giving neccessity, and for such there is nothing better than the tilling of the soil.” One of my great memories is hilling up potatoes in the moonlight. Another is spending an hour after work, gardening with my wife in our bare feet, a truly rejuvenating experience.

3. Water.

When did you last have a drink of pure soft water? There are so many options, it gets confusing. An old rule of thumb is to just do the best you can in the situation you find yourself in. Don’t skimp on it, I have never heard of an overdose, have you?

4. Sunlight.

One scientist said sunscreen was a form of pollution. I would be careful with that. But your skin does need some sunlight. A lot of skin problems occur because the body has been pre-disposed to damage through bad diet. Short spells early and late in the day seem to be the favoured option. It is still free too.

5. Temperance.

Is not “all things in moderation” as some mistakenly suppose. Rather it is the moderate use of the good, and the refusal to use the harmful. No longer fully possible in the world we live in. We can’t refuse to breathe, we can only try to be where the air is better. There are many things we would do well to refuse.

6. Air.

Do you exercise enough to get your lungs filled properly with air? That is one of the values of exercise. You may have to practice a bit of deep breathing, preferably in the bush. Not only are we facing food that is nutrient depleted, we are also facing air that is oxygen depleted, compared to what it used to be in ages past.

7. Rest.

Sleep is not a waste of time. It lets your body operate in rejuvenation mode. But we need more than just a good night’s sleep. We need a whole day every week, when we can switch off without thinking we should be doing something. In Israel there used to be a banner up, picturing a tiger hanging off a branch, with the caption “Hang on, Sabbath is coming!” We have moved away to a large degree from the gift of that day that was made for man. Why does the fourth commandment say, “Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy.”? Isn’t it because we are prone to forget? “For in six days the Lord made the heaven and the earth…and rested the seventh day, therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.” You see, by remembering the seventh day, we are reminded of who made us, so we know who and why to worship.

8. Trust in Divine Power.

But why should we trust in God?

“He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things.” Rom.8:32. If God did not spare His own Son, is there anything that He would not do for us? How can we doubt His love? When we realise there is Someone much bigger than us in control, that all the bad things will come to an end, that a new world is coming where there will be no more pain or suffering or death, it saves us a lot of worry. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding.” He is much bigger and wiser and stronger than we are.
